Great stay with lovely meals!
We spent a night in a cozy room that had a nice old vibe. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Dinner was great, and breakfast was a pleasant surprise too! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster—made it tough to catch up on emails. a lovely place to relax.

It was just a fine choice for a mini-vacation in Norwich with decent value for money. The manager brought me a lovely meal after 10pm, even though the kitchen was closed. Just check in early if you can.

The large en-suite room featured a spacious shower, which was a nice touch after a long trek. Breakfast using local ingredients stood out, especially the black pudding that packed a flavorful punch.
The building's age makes modern conveniences like a lift nonexistent, which could be a hassle for some. My room advertised a bath, but I found none, leaving me a bit disappointed after the journey. The decor felt dated, with patterns that clashed rather than complemented, and the TV was smaller than I'd like. The shower had some issues with water pressure, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. the food options could use a bit more variety, especially for vegetarians, over an extended stay.

Exceptional Dining and Attentive Service
I recently stayed for one night in a Double Room and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh and delicious options that catered to various dietary needs. The atmosphere of the hotel was charming and relaxing, making it a lovely escape. I did find the decor a bit dated and could hear some noise from neighboring rooms at times.

The Double Room was quite spacious and comfortable. The bed was super cozy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. At first glance, it seemed a bit dated, but it matched the hotel's charming, historic vibe. it had everything I needed for a nice stay—and those home-baked biscuits were a sweet touch!
